When we migrate desktop data then does that create new trust account or it will merge with the existing trust account?

Let me explain how migrating accounts works in QuickBooks Online, so you can get back to working order, kbs24.
Before we start, may I know the Qb Id'd that you wish to import, along with all of its details, in an Excel file? It can help us get on the same page and provide accurate resolution.
Also, when you move your file from QBDT to QBO, the accounts can be merged if they have the same name and type. If the migration creates a new account, you can choose to combine them. Keep in mind that merging accounts is permanent and you can't undo it later.
To combine two accounts, make sure all the important information from the other account matches what you put in the new account you want to keep. To merge accounts, follow the steps below:
