how to make an account name BOLD

Currently, the option to bold the account names in the Chart of Accounts (COA) is unavailable, Terri.

In the meantime, I recommend sending feedback directly to our product development team. They can consider your suggestion for future updates to add a bold feature for account names in QBO.

Here's how:

1. Click on the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
2. Share your product improvement ideas.
3. Click Next to submit.
