- Go to Help and choose the Search tab.
- In the search field, type in contact support.
- Click the Contact Us button.

- Follow the on-screen steps based on your choice.
If you're using another Shopify connector. I suggest contacting their perspective support to help you with this.
Here's how:
- Go to My integrations.
- Click Find interactions.
- Search "Shopify".
- Select your connector.
