I am trying to use the ask the community feature to avoid having to call support. However, I find it VERY difficult to navigate.
When I start a discussion and want to reply to someone who gave me an answer, I reply to the email. However, I have NO IDEA on how to find the thread of the discussions I started. Frustrating!
Do I ask the question again if I feel like the question has not been answered to my satisfaction?

I got you covered in navigating the Community site so you can post a response to the post that you made.
Once you've posted a question on the site, make sure to tick on the Email me when someone replies box on your post so you'll be notified when someone answers your question.

If you still have further questions regarding the response that you received, you can open the email that you got and leave a reply to the thread. Just click on Reply at the bottom. Know that you must sign in to your QBO account so you can enter a reply.

My email was not about discomfort in QBO, it was about my discomfort in the ask the community page.
You answered some questions, but I would like to hear from my peers, not QB support...
So I answer this reply, post it, and I'm lost again! This site is not user friendly or intuitive. Had to go back to my email, click on my name within the body of the response to find myself here again.
How do I get here NOT from my email(s), but after login in and choosing ask the community?
As another option, navigate to the top right of the screen. Click your profile name and you will see "My Profile" on the list. Click it and you may navigate all the post you are participating.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
