How to print shipping labels in QB desktop and mobile?

I can share some information that can help you with printing shipping labels in QuickBooks Online, alan.

If you're referring to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) desktop app and mobile app, you can run the Customer Contact List report to get your customers' shipping addresses. From there, you can print this report.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to Reports in the left menu and type in Customer Contact List on the search bar.
  2. Run the report and click the Customize button, then select the Change columns link.
  3. Tick the checkbox for Shipping Address
  4. Once done, click the Run report.
  5. Select the Print icon beside the Export option.

You can read these articles if you're experiencing issues in printing:

Same as the mobile app, you can run this report and then check for any third-party app that lets you print this shipping label from your mobile app.

If you're referring to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), here's an article that lets you process shipments and print labels for FedEx, UPS, and USPS directly from within QuickBooks: Intuit QuickBooks Shipping Manager.

Let me know if you need more help with your reports or anything else. I'm always here to answer them for you. Have a great rest of the day!
