Intuit's decision to discontinue the scanning option has left my company in a dire situation. We heavily rely on this feature to scan numerous documents and contracts in QuickBooks. The QB Enterprise 2021 edition, with its scanning option, was a source of great satisfaction for us.
I was forced to change to Enterprise 2024 because Intuit stopped supporting Enterprise 2021. Changing to different accounting software will be a nightmare. It's not fair to small business owners but Intuit doesn't care. Their lack of action regarding the issue is concerning, and Intuit needs to prioritize its customers' needs.
