Intuit's decision to discontinue the scanning option has left my company in a dire situation. We heavily rely on this feature to scan numerous documents and contracts in QuickBooks. The QB Enterprise 2021 edition, with its scanning option, was a source of great satisfaction for us. 

I was forced to change to Enterprise 2024 because Intuit stopped supporting Enterprise 2021.  Changing to different accounting software will be a nightmare. It's not fair to small business owners but Intuit doesn't care. Their lack of action regarding the issue is concerning, and Intuit needs to prioritize its customers' needs. 

Stop insulting us with your total lack of ingenuity. Taking pictures of documents is the most ridiculous replacement for scan manager.  Your complacency is going to be the downfall of your company. Quickbooks was designed for the small companies.  You've lost your way with greed.
