Hello there, @Lovever.
Let me walk you through how to set up sick and vacation time balances for your employees in QuickBooks Time (QB Time).
Before running a report, let's individually set up the time off accruals for them.
Here's how to set up and run a report for Sick time balances:
- On your QB Time account, go to Feature Add-ons and select Time Off Codes.
- On the Sick section, click the pencil icon.
- Choose whether it's Paid or Unpaid.
- Assign the accruals to your team members.
- Check the box for Track Accruals and click Edit settings.
- Under the Accrual Settings dropdown, you can either select Manual, Yearly, Every Pay Period, or Based on Hours Worked. Once done, click Apply.
- To download a report of your Sick time balances, click Download.
- When finished, select Save.

You can perform the same steps for the vacation time balances, but select Vacation on the second step.
