QuickBooks Online (QBO) has a way on how you can restore deleted transactions. Let me guide you on how, Lisa.
You can access the Audit log option so you can retrieve the necessary information on the specific transaction. I've outlined the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Audit log.
- Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
You can also click the View link in the History column.


- Select the Copy to new invoice button and then hit Confirm to recreate the transaction with the same information. The same way if this is a bill, expense or other transactions.
