Let me help you find out why you're not getting a verification code and correct this, Accra.
In the normal process, you'll only see the last four digits of your phone number when requesting a code. However, there are times the rest of the number is incorrectly entered and you couldn't have noticed this since it won't show up the whole details of your phone number. You can double-check and confirm this by signing in to your Intuit account. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:
- Sign in to your Intuit account.
- Click Sign In & Security from the left menu.
- Make sure your phone number is correct under the Phone section.

If there's a need to change the number, you can click the Verify link and click Change. I've added a screenshot for your visual reference:

However, if you're still having issues with the verification code, I recommend contacting our support team so they can double-check why this is happening and investigate further. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.
