I am trying to setup QuickBooks and Zapier and need help

So to further clarify. I have a piece of software called Dovico that tracks time entries and we are construction an integration for Dovico and Zapier. So we are trying to create a little connection with Dovico and QuickBooks through Zapier. everything will smoothly go over with the exption of the start time and end time. I need help with trying to figure out what kind of data they are expecting in that field. Also sorry for the shortened original message. there was a character limit

Since the integration and import process is done by Zapier, I would recommend reaching out to them. They can take a closer look at this and your screenshot as well to make sure that the time entries are imported correctly in QBO.

After successfully importing your data, you can run the Recent/Edited Time Activities or Time Activities by Employee Detail reports. Both reports will allow you to quickly review the time entries that are already in QBO. Just go to the Reports menu and type in the name of the report in the Search bar.
