Greetings, marywater-bliss.
Thanks for reaching out to the Community. I'd be happy to help you fix this and ensure that you'll be able to access your Chart of Accounts.
I haven't received reports similar to this issue. Rest assured, I'll be sure to report this to our engineers, so we can monitor it on our end and ensure that it won't turn into a problem that you'll have to worry about in the future.
In the meantime, I recommend accessing your account in a Private browsing window first to verify if this is caused by the system or your browser. Once you've opened it, let's log in to your account and then click Accounting in the left navigation menu to check your Chart of Accounts.
If you're able to view them, then it's possible that your browser has held too much historical data which can affect functionalities and slow down QuickBooks. A good idea to avoid this from happening again in the future is to clear your main browser's cache.
Keep me posted with the result, I want to make sure you're taken care of. Thanks for bringing this matter to the Community, I look forward to hearing from you.
