We currently don't have any reported issues about not being able to generate reports in QuickBooks. To check if this is a browser-related issue, let's do some troubleshooting steps.
First, open your account using the incognito mode or private browser. Then, run the report again. If it works, let's go ahead and clear your browser's cache.
Alternatively, use a different browser and run the report.
