I can no longer create invoices through the mobile app (sales tax issues?)

Yes, same with invoices. It doesn't apply any tax at all now. How can these app programmers be so inept? Took an app that was working fine, changes something, yet can't figure out how to put it back the way it was. They charge way too much for this system to fail so badly.

So we went for having to add tax to everything to not being able to tax anything.Thanks for nothing quick books.

Nope I tried that and it didn't make a difference. Once again it has nothing to do with data or the cache. It is always a bug from a botched update.

Since you have already done the basic troubleshooting, nothing seems to work. I would suggest that it is better to contact our customer support team.

 

Here's how:

 

  1.  Click Help in the upper right-hand corner of QBO.
  2. Tap Talk to a human, then type in Talk to a human.
  3. Select I still need a human.
  4. Press Contact Us.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us: Start a chat or Get a callback.
