First, could you please clarify what kind of incoming calls you are unable to receive? Are you referring to verification calls from QuickBooks or callbacks from our Live Support Team?
If you can't receive a voice call for verification, please ensure that the phone number associated with your Intuit account is correct. Your phone plan may also block "shortcodes" or automated calls/texts. Many QuickBooks verification codes are sent from a short, 5-digit number.
To resolve this, contact your mobile carrier to check if your plan allows you to receive messages and calls from shortcodes. Also, check your phone's blocked list to ensure you haven't accidentally blocked the QuickBooks verification number (this applies to both iOS and Android devices).
If the call isn't working, consider trying another method to receive the verification code.
