Managing your account register is one way to locate any missing transactions in QBO, lanawilken. I've got ways to guide you in retrieving those transactions.

To begin, it's crucial to verify the filters that were applied when sorting transactions. Missing entries in QBO often arise due to specific filters implemented on certain accounts or an incorrectly set date range. Therefore, it's essential to reset these filters.

Here's how to find transactions in your bank register:

  1. Navigate to Settings and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Identify the account, then click View Register in the Action column.
  3. Click on the Filter icon to refine the search results. Ensure the date range is correctly set to view the relevant period.
  4. Then, clear all filters except for the date range by clicking the X next to each filter name.

From there, you will be able to view all transactions that are recorded in QBO but hidden due to the filter feature.

Additionally, you can refer to this article for detailed information on how to check all past transactions recorded in QBO: Find a transaction.

Once done, you can then read to this page if you'd like to run customized reports in QBO: Run a report in QuickBooks Online.

All the best with your account management, lanawilken. Please know that you can always revisit this thread if you have further questions regarding your transactions. We're always here to help.
