I cannot add some items to invoices. They are non-inventory items. I have invoices to send but I am missing some items because I cannot pull them into invoice or a purchase order. It's inconsistant, and item that I select sometimes populates invoice, sometimes not.
I called QB last Friday and they logged into account and could replicate problem. They said it was happening to other accounts too. After spending an hour on the phone with help desk, I got an email later in the day telling me they closed the ticket because they couldn't replicate the problem they had already replicated!!!
I called QB Monday and spent 40 minutes on hold before my call was disconnected.
I called QB Tuesday and spent an hour and twenty minutes troubleshooting problem only to be told the engineers will have to fix it.
This is only our 3rd month using QB, it's our peak billing period and we cannot invoice in QB.

I have run into the same issue with online version. Will not let me add new items (Non Inventory). Creates "Unresolved Error" and logs me out. Have tried everything I can find in online help groups. Contacted Intuit today, technician said she couldn't help me with online version, gave me a phone number which is answered by machine and says "Cannot route call" and instructs me to go to intuit website for help. Total s-show

Spent literally 9 hours on phone with Quickbooks support. They COULD NOT rectify the issue. I decided to delete the entire company file and start over from scratch. Well guess what? After starting over-same issue. I cannot possibly waste another day of my life on the phone with quickbooks. I cannot tell you how disappointed i am. I spend a ton of money trying to streamline my company sales and quickbooks is essentially useless to me. Watse of time and money.
