I cannot get a human being on the phone from the "Back End Engineering Risk Management" team that can understand to raise my Direct Deposit limits

Been going back and forth for over a month and a half and have had a few decent  "specialists" when calling in understand and see QuickBooks issue that they need to correct - but falls short getting resolved as this "back end engineering team" that handles the risk management will not communicate with anyone and only sends links to upload data and will not respond to the specialists emailed questions. I missed 2 pay cycles now and risk loosing my contracts over QB bad algorithms that is only a manager or supervisor would just get on the phone this would be resolved in 2 minutes!

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @DREC.

My colleague already provided a great response to the question that you've posted. You can refer to this link to see what they suggested doing in this situation: Increase my Direct Deposit limit.

I got your back should you need further help with payroll. Just let me know in the comments and I'll make sure you're all set. Keep safe!

your colleague gave a response that is incorrect, therefore a BAD not good response. This is the problem with QB you guys don't listen. by the way my case #[removed]

1) Quickbooks by DEFAULT set a direct deposit limit at $40k on my account (I have no idea why)

2) my payroll exceeds $100k and throughout the year can exceed $300k

3) I have 100 times the payroll amount in the bank yet QB won't increase their Direct Deposit limit

4) quickbooks limit is why I cannot run payroll - not my banks limits (as I have no bank limits)

5) quickbooks has no problem charging me monthly for all of my subscriptions yet it has a service that I cannot use (that is theft) as no one ever informed me that they have a Direct Deposit Limit at $40k and never reviewed my payroll history of over 30 years with ADP that is flawless. I have over a dozen case numbers regarding this situation - all get no where as QB customer service is the worst.

6) this is my last ditch effort to communicate with QB or i will cancel all subscriptions and let the entire business world the issue I have and QB fails to correct
