I could not access my app. There was a 403 error so I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now it will not allow me to sign in. What can I do?

For IOS:

  1. Go to Settings, then General.
  2. Select Software Update and follow the prompts to install any available updates.

 

For Android:

  1. Proceed to the Settings app.
  2. Navigate to the System and then Software update.

After updating, attempt reaccessing the app using the correct credentials.
