When you just created your company file, you'll usually see messages that remind you to finish your setup. These are just reminders or even serve as a guide specifically for new users.
To get rid of this, you have to complete the process from See how much you're making down to the Add the finishing touches option. You can just ignore them while you're still working with QuickBooks. Moving forward, the message will just disappear as you go along.
If you have the option to Close the button, you can also use that to remove the window instead.

Unfortunately, the Setup Guide doesn't let me "complete" the steps or mark them as complete. I have tried to "complete" the steps, but they simply revert to gray / unchecked and the Setup Guide remains at 0%.
Every time I login, the "Book your personalized setup session" banner appears. I keep closing it, but it reappears after a refresh of the home page.
The nagging and constant advertisements are very annoying. QB Online really needs an option to let a user turn all off all of this noise.

This banner usually appears if your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account is incomplete when set up. To help you accomplish these processes, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team.
