I also am having an issue emailing out invoices. This appears to be an issue on QuickBooks's end, as there are other posts from this morning with others having issues emailing invoices and POs.

We received similar cases or reports about customers not receiving invoices in QuickBooks Online (INV-109305). Thus, I recommend contacting our support so they can add you to the affected user's list and notify you of the updates through email.

Please also note about the note about the supporting hours for QuickBooks Simple Start, Plus, and Essentials, they are open 6 AM to 6 PM from Mondays to Fridays. Then, 6 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays. While QuickBooks Online Advanced support is available anytime and any day of the week.
