First, let's ensure your users have appropriate access to your account and adjust their roles as needed. If they still cannot see it, you can remove them and then re-add the users to the account. And see if the filter option will show from their end.
- Go to the Gear icon, and then select Manage Users.
- From the Users section, you can see a search option and find your user who does not have accountant access.
- Beside the user's name, you can click Invite and Delete user.
- Once done, you can now re-add them again to your account with the appropriate role.
