Hi @yelinxie-jinye-h

To amend a subcontractor's T5018 tax slip in QuickBooks Online, you can follow these general steps:

  • Access the T5018 form: Log in to your QuickBooks Online account and navigate to the Payroll section.
  • Locate the subcontractor: Find the subcontractor for whom you need to amend the T5018.
  • Edit the T5018: Once you've located the subcontractor, you should be able to edit their T5018 information. Look for an option to amend or edit the T5018 slip.
  • Make necessary changes: Update the information on the T5018 form to reflect the correct details. This might include amounts paid, GST/HST amounts, and any other relevant information.
  • Save the changes: After making the necessary adjustments, be sure to save the changes to the T5018 slip.
  • Review and finalize: Before submitting the amended T5018, review all the changes to ensure accuracy.
  • Submit the amended T5018: Once you're satisfied with the changes, submit the amended T5018 to the relevant tax authorities.

It's important to note that the exact steps might vary slightly depending on the version of QuickBooks Online you're using and any recent updates to the software. If you're unsure about how to proceed or encounter any difficulties, you may want to consult the QuickBooks Online help resources or contact their customer support for assistance. Additionally, it's a good idea to consult with a tax professional or accountant to ensure compliance with tax regulations and accuracy of the amended T5018 form.
