If you're trying to access the Merchant Service Center or Payments Portal, your ability to do so will depend on your user role. Access is granted to users who are authorized to manage payments, such as the master admin or administrator.
If your login isn't set up for authorized users, we recommend contacting your master admin to request access permission.
If you are the Master Admin and still cannot access the Merchant Service Center, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Payments Support team. They can review what's blocking the connection from our side and resolve the issue.
