I had a client pay an invoice 6 weeks ago using the link on the invoice I sent from QuickBooks. The money paid is missing from QuickBooks checking account. Please help

I’ve called QuickBooks everyday and have spent over 40 hours on the phone with support. No one can help and I’m at my wits end. Any suggestions on how to get the attention of management or someone who actually knows what they are doing?
