I HATE QUICKBOOKS! FORMAL COMPLAINT!

I truly HATE QBs. I have been trying for MONTHS to get my number and email updated from when i changed over in NOVEMBER! That has caused HUGE issues. I can't connect my bank account, I cant call and get it fixed, I submitted the d a m n on 5 separate occasions and then they tell me its done. ITS NOT FIXED! I now cant put money in my bank account but am being charged for "services". I fulled plan on disputing ALL fees from you all because I have clients being erased, transactions wont show up, you all held money on 2 separate occasions which you didn't notify me of (because you failed to update my contact information AGAIN) which cost me over $400 in direct fees, I couldn't get supplies for jobs and had to borrow money, and not to mention I had to scramble to cover it which took a while and that meant this hit my overhead multiple times, I have sat on the phone for at least 5 days that I can think of not getting MY business's work done, none of the people you can call have any authority to fix anything and I am stuck in a hell cycle with yall costing me a TON of money.

You should explore another brand immediately and purchase a 3rd party conversion service.

I HATE QUICKBOOKS! FORMAL COMPLAINT!

I HATE QUICKBOOKS ONLINE!!  It has to be the worst piece of crap I have every worked on. 

it take 3 times longer to do anything because you have to wait for every little page to populate. It costs my clients more because it is so slow and cumbersome to use.  Don't even think of connecting you online commerce stores.  Who ever idiot designed this should be hung by their big toe!
