I have completed my recertification, and I received confirmation that I have passed the examination. However, my Hub is still showing that I it is time to recertify.

Sometimes, your browser may encounter issues that prevent the updated recertification status from displaying. This can happen due to outdated browser versions or compatibility problems. I have a suggestion for you, Ashalex2 so you can resolve this.

You can switch to another web browser or use private window to verify if this resolves the issue. I've added the shortcut keys below on how to access them:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N(Microsoft Edge)

If the issue persists, try logging out of your account and then logging back in to refresh your session. Once you're signed in again, check to see if the updated status is now displayed.
