I have multiple 24 hr shifts I need to setup in the QuickBooks Schedule. As an example, one shift goes from 8:30am on Sunday to 8:30 am on Monday. When you enter both times as 8:30 it thinks you mean on the same day. How can I make these 24 hrs shifts in the schedule?

Hi there, seconaway.
I appreciate you for coming back to the thread and adding more clarifications about your concern. With this, I'll be sharing alternative methods to ensure you can enter the same 24-hour shifts in the schedule.
Putting or entering the same time on the Schedule section, such as 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. the next day, is not currently unavailable. This is due to the fact that our program will not recognize the same time details to ensure your employee's details are accurately recorded
For now, I recommend selecting 8:30 am as the start time and 8:29 as the end time as a workaround. This way, the options to click Publish and Save Draft are no longer grayed out. Additionally, you also have the option to choose 8:30 am to 8:00 am and the remaining 30 minutes will be applied to the next scheduled time. Then, the work time will still fall with the specific employee.

Hi there, @seconaway. I've got your back, and I'm here to ensure you can set up a 24hr shift in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
There are two ways to schedule a 24hr shift in your account. You can either use QBO's time tracking feature or a QuickBooks Time account for more time tracking features. Please be aware that the feature is only available for QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, and Advanced. You can refer on the screenshot below for visual reference.

This does not work for me. When I put 8:30am to 8:30 am the "Publish" and "Save Draft" are grayed out. How do I tell the system I mean 8:30 am the next day? Please see the screenshot I have uploaded. Thank you.
