Hello, Max.
Thank you for contacting us. In QuickBooks, during the initial setup, there is a specific period for importing data from each sales channel. If you choose to set a closing date in QuickBooks Online, it will prevent any changes made before that particular date. However, it's important to note that selecting a closing date means you won't be able to download any historical data before that date. For Amazon, QuickBooks only allows importing data for the past 90 days.
In QuickBooks, sales from the sales channel are imported as summarized sales receipts, refund receipts, fees, and other expenses, which create expense transactions.

Additionally, I recommend contacting the Amazon support team. They may have issues syncing sales into QuickBooks. Provide some troubleshooting steps to avoid this issue in the future.

Thank you for your reply. I have no closing date set or in use. The sales from amazon are from today to 7 days ago. So I am far inside the 90 day window.
i understand what is imported from sales channels as I have see it on sales that it did import. The shopify and ebay app all import their sales pretty quickly after a sale is made. Amazon is also set on Auto so it should work the same.
Has anyone used this Amazon feature before? Does it really work? I am unaware of any Amazon support department for this app.
