I keep getting an error message when trying to open schedule - what can I do?

When I click on schedule to see jobs for the day it won't open - says problem loading - try again later. It has been over an hour. I have signed out and back in with no luck

Since refreshing your account didn’t resolve the error, a thorough review is needed to identify the cause. I recommend contacting our Live Support team for direct assistance. They have the tools to help you further and resolve the issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help menu or the (?) icon in the upper-right corner of QBO.
  2. Go to the Assistant tab.
  3. Type "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
  4. Provide a brief description of your concern and click Continue.
  5. Choose your preferred option. Have us call you or chat.
