We can log in to your account using an incognito browser. Private browser prevents saving cache and cookies that sometimes cause errors when running frequently visited websites. Here are the useful shortcut keys you can use to access one:
Once done, try creating and filing 1099s in QuickBooks Online again. If it works, return to your default browser and clear its cache. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. Switching to another compatible one to help rectify the issue.

Unfortunately, even in incognito mode I get the same error. I have tried Chrome and Edge.

I have done all the steps above, and called Help and no one has been able to help me with this either!

You'll want to review the information to see if there are any missing, invalid, or improperly formatted details. If there are any, consider updating them and save your changes before proceeding to view/file 1099s.

Once fixed, proceed with creating and filing 1099s with QuickBooks Online.
