Data restoration is exclusively available in QuickBooks Online Advanced, and the process will take up to an hour, depending on the amount of data your company has; less data means quicker restoration. During the restoration, avoid using your QuickBooks to ensure a smooth restoration. Once done, a checkmark will appear in the status, indicating it's safe to resume using your company file.

If you're using another QBO subscription plan, please be aware that QuickBooks continuously updates your records with each change and does not support restoring your files to a previous state.

That sounds like your register is not sorted by date. If you sort it by date by clicking on the date column's title, either ascending or descending, then do the expected details appear?
