Good day kogawa.

The "Authentication Ticket Mismatched, failed authentication" error in the QuickBooks Community forum typically indicates a problem with your login session . Let me guide you the troubleshooting steps.

Here’s how:

  1. Log out of the forum and close your browser completely.
  2. Try to open an Incognito/Private window and log in again.
  3. If that still doesn't work, try a different browser.
  4. Ensure your browser is up to date.

If these steps do not work, the problem may be temporary and related to the forum's authentication service.

For other issues and concern, our Community Team is always here to assist you.
