I need a callback

The callback option is always open M-F, 6 AM to 6 PM, Pacific Time (PST), and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM, PST. However, if you have QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced, you can contact our support team any time, any day.

 

Here's how to reach our support team:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Type talk to a human.
  4. Asked you to enter your concern like for example unable to update subscription details.
  5. Select I still need a human.
  6. Click Get help from a human and then choose to get a Callback.
