In order to get a phone call from a live agent, you'll have to follow these steps:
1. Sign into your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click the Help Icon on the right
3. Click Contact us at the bottom of the new window.
4. Type your reason for contact
5. You can either connect with a live agent here or click the Call me Back feature to receive a phone call from a live agent.
