Let me assist you with the process of successfully adding a team member using the email address you provided, Stacey.

 

Since you've confirmed that no other active members are using the same email, the error message may appear because the email is still linked to another user account that was Archived in your team.

 

With that, I suggest checking it in your QuickBooks Time team. If you find the same email, you can Unarchive it, and the team member can sign in using their existing credentials, or you can Resend Invite if they forgot their password.

 

If no one is using the same email in your Archive. As a workaround, consider asking your team member to use a different email address or revise the wording of the email so that you can add them successfully.
