You can print a blank W-4 form directly from your payroll product. Then, enter the employee's details and send them to your employees. I'll show you how:

1. Go to Taxes and select Payroll Tax.
2. In the Payroll Tax Center, select Filings.
3. Scroll-down to the Filling Resources sections and select Employee setup.
4. Choose W-4. 
5. Click on View, then Print the form.
