Can you also tell us or share more details about your concern? I might have an article that can help while waiting for the chat and phone supports agents. Other members of the forum can also see your post and share steps and recommendations as well. 

 

Yo can also follow these steps on how to reach out to our chat and phone support teams: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu and select Contact us.
  2. Type in "talk to a human" in the chat box and press Enter.
  3. Click Get help from a human.
  4. Select between Chat with us or Have us call you

I need to talk to the help desk

We have been attempting resolve an issue communicating QB POS 18.0 with QB Pro 2019 Desktop.  We have multiple customer accounts.  All are setup with Net30.  We sync at the end of ever workday.  We found that the POS is not showing our Customer Accounts that have 1-30 day past due $$$.  So when a customer comes in to purchase additional material our POS people cannot see that the customer is currently in the rear.  They proceed to allow the purchase believing the customer is in good standing.  I have already check the customers in the QB Pro 2019 Desktop to assure they are in fact setup with Net30.  HELP.

If you are missing POS transactions or info in QuickBooks, it's most likely because of the following:

  • After the financial exchange, you restored a backup copy of the company file.
  • Another user has deleted the transaction in QuickBooks.
  • You opened a different company file during the exchange. 
  • The company file is damaged or corrupted.

To help you retrieve the data, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. In QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale, select Financial, then Financial center.
  2. Select Show Advanced Options.
  3. Click Recover Data Now.
  4. Select Continue on the warning message.
  5. Enter the date range that was covered by the original financial exchange.
  6. Type Yes in the confirmation window and select Continue.

Also, there are accounts affected during Financial Exchange. To know more about the default account mappings, you can click here and select the data, activities, and accounts affected during the exchange section.
