Hi @usermattamanwhocan. You can contact our Live Support Team to request a review of your QuickBooks Payments processing fees or to discuss a specific credit for which you qualify.

Here’s how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
2. Click the Help (?) icon in the upper-right corner.
3. In the search box, type "Request a rate review" or "Lower my processing fees" and select Continue.
4. Choose Have us call you.
