I received an email saying a bill was paid but I the card used isn't connected to QB

You have the option to connect your bank or manually upload your transactions to QuickBooks. It'll be my pleasure to provide more details about this and help you further.

 

Connecting your bank account automatically downloads your transactions to QuickBooks. To connect your bank account, you may follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Banking form the left panel.
  2. Click on Add account.
  3. In the Connect an account page, enter your Financial Institution on the search bar.
  4. Log in to your bank to continue.

As another option, you can manually upload your bank transactions to QuickBooks. But first, you have to download your transactions from your bank. After that, you can now upload them.

 

Here's how you can upload your transactions:

  1. Click on Banking from the left panel.
  2. Under the Update drop-down, choose File Upload.
  3. Click on Browse to choose your downloaded bank transactions.
  4. Click on Next to continue.
