I'd be happy to help you resend the W-9 invitation. Ramos. Let me provide the details below.

To begin with, please note that sending or resending W-9 invitations to your contractors via Solopreneur is currently unavailable. That said, could you please confirm if you initially invited your contractors through your Solopreneur account? Any additional information will be highly appreciated.

In the meantime, if you've invited them using QuickBooks Online, we can send a reminder to your customer:

  1. Hover to the Expenses located at the left panel.
  2. Choose Contractors, then select Contractors to open its details.
  3. Double-check if you've entered the correct email.
  4. Once confirmed, click Send a reminder to send another invitation to your contractor.

However, if you've entered a different email, mark the contractor as inactive, then send another invitation to them:

  1. Select a Contractor profile.
  2. Click the Active dropdown below the Contractor name, then select Mark as Inactive.
  3. Go back to the Contractors page, then add them again as contractors.

To learn more about this, please refer to this article: Invite a contractor to add their tax info.

Furthermore, I'll also add these articles for reference with your future tasks:

I'll be around if you have inquiries or concerns about inviting or managing your W-9 forms in QBO. Please know that you can always visit this thread or circle back by hitting the Reply button below, and I'll be glad to offer a helping hand.
