I'm here bringing the latest update The error 504 (Bad Gateway) is now resolved. You can now access your account without any error.

This Community forum can assist general questions about QuickBooks. Kindly share with me what's going on with the client's set up, so I can look into this further?

 

However, if you insist to have a live representative to call you, we have a separate process to reach them.

 

We want to make sure you're information is safe in this public forum, so we removed your phone number for security purposes. Enter your contact information and connect with our Team by following the steps below in your QuickBooks Online account:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu then select Contact us.
  2. Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? box.
  3. On the next screen, scroll down to the Choose a way to connect with us section.
  4. Choose Get a call.
  5. Enter your contact information then click Confirm my call.

Our Support hours during weekdays starts at 6 AM to 6 PM PT. While on Saturdays, we operate from 6 AM until 3 PM PT.
