quickbookks will not return calls when requested from help icon and doesn't offer a number to call them.
I have made several attempt to contact and have never received a call back
horrible customer service
I will be switching to a new service
I did not authorize another yearly subscription.
1. I have no clients to process payroll with
2. I havent paid myself
3. I havent even logged onto it yet and done any work
4. I have been severely disabled and unable to even work on QB
I want a full refund as you can audit my account and see I only tried logging in once but gave up

In order to address your refund concern, we’ll need to pull up your account. This requires personal information, and we’re unable to do that in a public space like the Community. As much as I want to assist you further, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Support to protect your account.

Please take note that QuickBooks Online Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start are available from M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT and on Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. For QuickBooks Online Advanced, we're available any time, any day.
