Hello there, countryclassics1. Glad to have you here.

 

When getting in touch with our tech support, you'll need to log in to your QBO account and utilize the Help icon. QuickBooks has its own way to make sure you'll able to connect to our support team. The steps below will walk you through the process:

 

  1. Within your QBO account, go to Help at the upper-right corner.
  2. In the Search tab, click Contact us.
  3. You'll be asked to enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Click Continue
  5. Select Chat with us , Have us call you, or Call us
    undefined

quickbookks will not return calls when requested from help icon and doesn't offer a number to call them.

I have made several attempt to contact and have never received a call back

horrible customer service

I did not authorize another yearly subscription.

1. I have no clients to process payroll with

2. I havent paid myself

3. I havent even logged onto it yet and done any work

4. I have been severely disabled and unable to even work on QB

 

I want a full refund as you can audit my account and see I only tried logging in once but gave up

In order to address your refund concern, we’ll need to pull up your account. This requires personal information, and we’re unable to do that in a public space like the Community. As much as I want to assist you further, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Support to protect your account.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select either of these to start: Assistant or Search.
  3. Enter your refund concern/s.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us: Start a chat or Get a callback.

 

Please take note that QuickBooks Online Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start are available from M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT and on Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. For QuickBooks Online Advanced, we're available any time, any day.

 

You’ll want to read about how to request a refund for a QuickBooks product you purchased. From there, you’ll learn the detailed steps specific to your product and situation.
