Hello there, mburhansafi.
Allow me to assist you in moving your transactions from one company file to another.
First, you need QuickBooks 2018 or newer (Premier Accountant Edition or Enterprise Accountant Edition) to do so. Additionally, please take note that you can only move the following transactions.
To enable exporting, you'll need to adjust your preferences by disabling account numbers and sales tax. Once that's done, create a custom Transaction Detail report to get you the data you need. Here are the steps to follow:
Afterward, depending on the type of transaction, select the corresponding columns. Please refer to the guide below.
Checks
Deposits
Credit Card Charges and Credits
Bills and Bill Credits
Invoices and Credit Memos
Then, proceed to run the report. Lastly, export it to Excel to continue to the next step.
Once you've exported the report in a new workbook, enter the transactions by batch in the new company file. For detailed instructions, please feel free to browse this article: Enter transactions by batch.
QuickBooks Desktop offers different reports to cater to your needs. You might want to generate them to get a comprehensive overview of your business. Here's an article on how: Understand reports.
Don't hesitate to post again here if you have other questions or concerns about transferring your transactions to QuickBooks. I'm always around and happy to help. Stay safe and have a good one!
Hi @mburhansafi this is really only to add to the answer already give by @AnneMariee . If you are looking for a way to transfer the other transactions like Journal Entries, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders which are not covered by AnneMariees reply then you should have a look at some of the data import and export utillities that you can find in the Intuit Apps for QuickBooks listing.
With an app like Zed Axis it is possible to batch export out to Excel all transactions types and then import those into another QuickBooks desktop company file.
Hope that helps with your transfer...

Unfortunately IIF only offers limited functionality to migrate transactions. You should reconsider to use a migration tool. It's $299 one time license and you can get $100 cashback to purchase thru a partner.
