I was double charged for my yearly subscription

I was double charged for my yearly subscription and now I can’t get ahold of anyone to get my almost $200 quick books has stolen from me. I’m almost done with this company, this is ridiculous. I’ve sat on the phone for the last 4 hours and every time someone answers they hang up and I have to call back. I tried using the chat support and it says the office is closed. It’s Monday, your hours are from 6 to 6 Monday through Friday how is no on there to resolve this issue. You took two hundred dollars from me and now you’re making it difficult to get ahold of anyone. I’m beyond pissed at this point. I’m about to cancel my subscription and switch to jobber or another software. This is ridiculous.

Call your credit card company and refute the charge / initiate a charge-back.
