If I manually added a contractor can I subsequently invite them to set up QBSE and receive their bills electronically?

Alternatively, you can use a third-party billing management app to sync with QBO. Your contractors can send their bills to a specific email address and those bills will automatically sync with your QBO account to schedule payments.
