We use QB for Mac 2019 and want to import IIF files containing credit card expense transactions that are generated from Ramp. But the Import IIF selection in our QB is grayed out, even with an admin login. Is there something special we need to do to enable IIF imports?

We did recently rebuild and verify, so that should not be the cause.
Even if there was something in the data needing rebuilding, could that really prevent a menu pick in the QB Mac program itself from being available when QB is otherwise running just fine?
If you are running QuickBooks in multiuser mode try running it in Single user admin mode and see if it is available then.
