Importing Daily sales of items sold from Square to Quickbooks Desktop Premier

I see all the videos and instructions on how to import my Items into Quickbooks Desktop from Square or from Quickbooks Desktop to Square to have my inventory setup to match. My question is how do I import my daily sales of items into Quickbooks Desktop to reduce the inventory in Quickbooks Desktop without doing it by manual adjustments? Whenever I try to search for this online everything points me to QBO.... Since I use assemblies in manufacturing of my finished goods I can not use QBO. Since this is available for QBO there must be a way to do it by using CSV files from Square to update Quickbooks Desktop, without reimporting my entire inventory and just updating items that were sold that day, week etc.

How do you log your Sales to QB Desktop? If you use Sales Receipts, it will reduce your inventory. If you want to sync data between Square POS and QB Desktop, you can subscribe to a 3rd party connector starting at $100/month.

Allow me to step in and share how you can import daily sales items sold to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Premier, permanentvacation.

You can use Sales Receipts as instructed by Fiat Lux - ASIA to reduce your inventory.

In QuickBooks Desktop, importing items sold are manually done by adjusting them. If you want to use the automated system, we have several apps that are already integrated with QuickBooks.
