Importing invoices using LetsSync

I am using Letssync to import invoices into QBs Pro Plus Desktop 2022.

The first invoice always has a ? mark added to the invoice number.. ie ?124234

The data being fed to QBs does not have a ? mark in the invoice number.

It only happens on the first invoice if there are more than one being imported.

FYI. I also Have 2023 QBs Pro Plus desktop Beta installed on this machine but in

a separate folder.

Attached screenshot shows Invoice number with a ? appended to it.

Importing invoices using LetsSync

Hello there, @bcaviary.

I'll gladly share insight about how importing invoices using LetsSync works in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), so you can manage your sales transactions accordingly.

Third-party applications like LetsSync help make using QBDT easier for you. QuickBooks depends on the invoice data it'll import or feed to the system. With this, I encourage you to contact the LetsSync app's Support and verify why there's a ? mark added to the invoice number on the first transaction they import to QBDT.

Once the importing display error is fixed, you may also want to check out one of our Help pages as your guide in managing your company's income and customer transactions using QBDT: Sales and customers help for QuickBooks Desktop.

You can keep me posted on how it goes in the comments below. If you have other concerns about managing invoices and income transactions in QBDT, I'm always ready to help. Take care, and have a great day, @bcaviary.
