SUMMER SAVINGS 90% OFF QuickBooks for 3 months* Ends June 27
Buy nowI am using a time clock from Acroprint and their server software to track my employees time. It's set up to export for Quickooks with a default export option to create an IIF file.
This is how the software has the IIF export set up. Just trying to make sure it's right, I would except that this will only the times for the employee and their names. If I am missing something, please let me know. We don't use the time clock to track any benefits or anything other than time on the clock.

Hey, @cdhodgdon.
It's great to see you back in the Community!
If it's setup to export for QuickBooks with a default export option to create an IIF file, then it should do this action successfully.
For more details on importing and exporting to and from QuickBooks Desktop, please read this guide: Export, Import, and Edit IIF files.
Don't hesitate to come back if you have any issues. I'm only a post away. Take care!
You can prepare your Time Tracking data with the following template
Name | Transaction Date | Customer | Service Item | Payroll item | Duration | Class | Billable | Notes |
John Marks | 01/09/2020 | Nguyen, Tuan | Labor | Regular Pay | 01:25
John Smith | 02/09/2020 | Nguyen, Tuan | Labor | Regular Pay | 02:00
Karen Marks | 02/09/2020 | Links, John | Labor | Regular Pay | 01:25
Kathy Linklater | 02/09/2020 | Links, John | Labor | Regular Pay | 01:25 |
then you can use TP to import your data into QB Desktop. It's $199 one time license and you can get $100 cashback to purchase it via a partner.
